Delivery & Pickup Timetable

Overview

• Deliveries to Mt Hotham are available Tuesday and Friday (please contact the store if you require a delivery outside of these days.  Extra charges may apply).
• Deliveries to Myrtleford and surrounds are available Monday to Friday.  Click and Collect orders are available 7 days per week.
• Mt Hotham orders must be lodged no later than 4pm 2 days prior to the required delivery date. Ie: Place order by 4pm Wednesday for delivery on Friday, and 4pm Sunday for delivery on Tuesday.
• Orders and Deliveries to Myrtleford and local surrounding area (postcode 3737), attracts no charge for picking and packing.  Delivery fees are payable as below:
• Orders and Deliveries to Mt Hotham, attract a pick and pack fee of $10 for orders upto $200 then $2.50 for each $100 thereafter, along with a $10 plus GST per carton delivery cost.

 

• Delivery Fees to Myrtleford, Bright and Beechworth are:
• $0.00 to $149.99 = $11.00
• $150.00 to $199.99 = $9.00
• $200.00 to $249.99 = $6.00
• $250.00 to $299.99 = $3.00
• Over $300.00 = No Charge

 

• Deliveries to Mt Hotham are to the designated drop off site(s) only, not to apartments and are made by Xcel Freight between 9am-2pm on day of delivery.

• Customers will be notified by Xcel Freight when their order is ready for collection.
• If you choose to collect your order, Foodworks Myrtleford is open from 7am – 7pm Mon – Fri and 8am – 7pm Sat & Sun.
• Myrtleford FoodWorks is not responsible for, and will not compensate for any lost, stolen or damaged products once the order leaves the store.

How does our online shopping work?

Our online shopping allows you to shop in our Myrtleford Supermarket online. You will pay exactly the same prices in our online store as you do in our supermarket. Our everyday low prices, catalogue specials and other promotions are all available online. Please note if you have previously registered with our Mt Beauty store for deliveries to Falls Creek and are now visiting Hotham, you will need to register with our Myrtleford online store.

What are the charges?

Online orders for pick up or delivery in the local Myrtleford area is free.  Delivery fee is calculated in the online order.

Orders for Mt  Hotham, Beechworth and Bright attract a Pick'n'Pack fee of $10 for orders up to $200 and then $2.50 for every $100 thereafter.

For example if your order was to total $485 the pickNpack fee would be $17.50.

You may then choose to collect your goods on the way to the mountain, or for an additional fee have the order delivered to your accommodation

Delivery to your Mt Hotham 

For delivery to Mt Hotham there is a fee of $10.00 plus GST for each carton your order is packed in. Again as a guide around $60 worth of goods will be packed into a carton. Please note this is a guide only and will vary however we will always do our best to pack each carton to its capacity. The $10.00 plus GST per carton delivery fee is an additional charge to our pick and pack fee. Please note that our logistics partners advise that some frozen Goods – particularly ice cream – do not travel well. While all care is taken, it may be better to avoid ordering ice cream unless you are collecting your order from the store.

PLEASE NOTE:  all deliveries are made to designated sites at Mt Hotham.  Depending on the lodge location, an independant on-mountain delivery service may charge you an additional fee to bring your goods to your lodge / room.  This option will need to be initiated by the customer, not FoodWorks.  Designated drop off sites are:
